Chase Bryant, one of country music’s rising artists, is coming to Gardner to headline the 4th of July Celebration at Celebration Park.

Bryant was born and raised in Orange Grove, Texas, a small town of about 1,200 people. Music was a big part of his family as his grandfather played piano for Roy Orbison and Waylon Jennings and his uncle co-founded the group Ricochet. His family wasn’t the only influence for him to play country music, but other big names did as well.

“Guys like Brooks and Dunn and George Strait really moved me to play country music and really moved me to do what I do now. Whether it’s playing a show live, these are the guys that really made me want to play country music,” Bryant said.

With singles like “Take it on Back” gave Bryant a taste of multiple Top 10 lists, and “Little Bit of You” rose to number 3 on country music charts.

“My single ‘Take it on Back’ definitely changed my life. It was my first single on country radio and was my first Top 10 song on country radio as well. It took ticket sales on live shows to an all time high and I am glad to have written it.”

Bryant started touring with Brantley Gilbert in early 2015 and was later one of two opening acts for Tim McGraw along with Billy Currington.

“Touring with those guys really gave me a big learning experience and on the road experience. They have multiple number ones and it really was a life changer for me. It helped me grow a fanbase and performing large crowds like that was always something I have dreamed of doing,” Bryant said.

Bryant is on the road again this summer, as he is touring and headlining for multiple festivals and concerts as well as promoting his new single “Room to Breathe” at the same time. Bryant is making multiple stops to small towns like Gardner for performances.

“Since I’m from a small town, it always has a hometown feeling when performing. It means the world to me that you guys have asked me to come down to perform on the 4th of July. You can look forward to an action packed show for sure. We all like to have fun and you will be able to hear all songs you hear on the radio. I can’t wait to get down there.”
