Can you explain, perhaps, what kind of justice is involved by surreptitiously planning a coup of city government? Is THAT the kind of justice you're talking about?
Or maybe the kind of justice that involves calling people "slut meisters" or likening them to murderers.
We've seen YOUR brand of justice. I'd much rather work with the decent people who are trying to do good for the city, not break it and everyone in it down.

But this has nothing to do with BNSF. From what I read, there were NO BNSF lawyers in the courtroom for any of the recall lawsuit cases. No TAG lawyers, either, though there WAS a Meisinger lawyer, for what it's worth.
It has EVERYTHING to do with Shepherd, Peters, Thompson, and the Take Back Gardner sleight-of-hand master, Dennis Howard, making plans for Gardner government outside the boundaries of Council meetings.
If you have evidence (other than your say-so) that ties in BSNF, TAG, the Easter Bunny, or some other fanciful figure into the recall and the lawsuit that Shepherd and Peters filed against it, I'd suggest that, though you're probably too late to introduce it, you ought to present that info directly. Otherwise, accept that the lawsuit failed, for a number of reasons, and let Shepherd and Peters face the outcome of the election that's already going on.
Why should they spend the money to take it to the Supreme Court when they couldn't even make compelling enough of a case to get two different appeals considered?

Shepherd and Peters take this case to the Supreme Court level. I always keep in mind Sheila White vs. BNSF and how she finally got her justice at the Supreme Court level and how well she deserved it and how well BNSF should have been held accountable as they were. Few people out there have the stamina and fortitude as Sheila White but she is a champion of human rights and I praise her to the highlest level.
