The Hope for America Coalition and the Coalition of Citizen Advocacy Groups (CCAG), in association with a consortium of other organizations, will be hosting a Candidate Debate and Forum for the Kansas Third Congressional District for the United States House of Representatives.
This debate will be held on Saturday, March 20 from 1-4pm at the Blue Valley Northwest High School Auditorium, 13260 Switzer Road (on the northwest corner of 135th Street and Switzer) in Overland Park. The following declared candidates have confirmed their attendance as of March 1 (in alphabetical order):
Daniel Gilyeat - Republican Party
Nick Jordan - Republican Party
Patricia Lightner - Republican Party
Craig McPherson - Republican Party
John Rysavy - Republican Party
Thomas Scherer - Republican Party
Jasmin Talbert - Libertarian Party
In addition, if a Democratic Party candidate or any other candidate declares before the Forum, we will extend an invitation to them as well.
This will be the most comprehensive gathering of candidates in one place to date, so we expect a large turnout.
I thought i heard word that Dennis Moore's wife had decided to carry on his agenda and will be running.
we need to make sure the self serving that Mr Moore and the out of control Congress is not voted in from here on.
Pass a 28th Amendment that does not allow Congress to pass any legislation on it's citizens that does not 100% equally affect them & there Pension should be voted on by all US Citizens.

The Hope for America Coalition received work from the Kevin Yoder campaign yesterday that he, too, will be attending the debate. That means that ALL of the declared candidates for the 3rd District seat will be in attendance at the debate.
