Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest and most important events in anyone's lifetime. Whether you are a first time home buyer or seller, or you have engaged in the process a number of times with mixed results and would welcome a more positive experience and outcome, you will benefit from attending this series of workshops. In the internet age we live in, 70 percent of people thinking about buying or selling a home will have searched on line for information about properties or the value of their current home, for months before they take the plunge. but, none of this information can answer the most important question of all "What are the odds of success once the decision to proceed is made?" The objective this workshop is to provide you with knowledge and understanding that will make you a better prepared and more informed participant in the real estate market. You will also learn how to determine your odds of success based on the current market. A workbook and bonus tip sheet will be provided for each attendee. Session 5: Expired Listings - Why your home has not sold and What to Do.
This class is will be 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm on Thursday, March 18, 2010. It will be taught at the Johnson County Extension Office, Room 1060, 11811 S Sunset Drive, Olathe, KS. The fee is $5/person or $7.50/couple.
