April is Autism Awareness Month. April 2 is World Autism Awareness Day. It's all being kicked off on Thursday, April 1, with Light It Up Blue events across North America and around the world. Autism affects 1 in 110 children, and 1 in 70 boys. Let's 'Shine a Light on Autism'!
Attend the Autism Awareness Rally at the Kansas City Chiefs Stadium Pavilion, 1 Arrowhead Drive, Kansas City, MO (LOT E). The Pavilion is located at the intersection of I435 & I70. The activities begin at 4:30 pm, and the ceremony at 5:15 pm. Event will conclude at 6:00 pm.
Come celebrate the Past, Present and Future for Autism Awareness for our community. There will be MANY activities for children and young adults. Bring siblings,friends, family members,teachers and co-workers.The KC Chiefs players will be on hand interacting with the crowd! Everyone is WELCOME!
