White Drive Sewer Improvements BNSF Railroad to Washington Street
Sealed bids for the White Drive Sewer Improvements BNSF Railroad to Washington Street Contract will be received at the Gardner City Hall, Public Works Department, 120 E. Main Street, Attn: Jim Melvin, until 2:30 p. m., November 20, 2012. All bids will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers immediately following the deadline.

Grand Street Improvement
Sealed bids for the Grand Street Improvement Project, consisting of approximately 4,000 L.F. asphalt collector roadway with curb and gutter; 5' and 10' concrete sidewalk; 3,400 L.F. 8"-12" sanitary sewer; 3,500 L.F. 8"-12" water main; street lights; grading; seeding; and misc. appurtenant items will be accepted by the City of Gardner, Kansas, at the Public Works Department, Gardner City Hall, 120 E. Main Street, Gardner, Kansas, 66030, until 10:00 A.M. (local time) on November 15, 2012, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Gardner City Hall. Any bid received after the designated closing time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
